Yoghurt Parfait

1/4 mango, sliced (skin removed)
1 kiwi fruit, sliced (skin removed)
1/2 banana, sliced (skin removed)
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
2 tblsp chia seeds
1/4 cup wholegrain rolled oats (gluten free variety if required)

Slice fruit and layer half of it in a glass/cereal bowl;
Sprinkle 1/2 of the chia seeds and oats on top of the fruit;
Layer 1/2 the yoghurt on top of the oats and chia seeds;
Repeat process with remaining ingredients and top with fruit and a sprinkle of chia seeds;
You can leave in fridge overnight ready for breakfast the next day, or eat immediately – whatever suits you;
