Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
1 sweet potato, chop into wedges, skin left on (wash skin well)
1 tblspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp ground paprika

Method
Preheat oven to 180 C;
Line a baking tray with baking paper;
Place wedges onto baking tray;
Add EVOO and sea salt to the tray;
Mix oil and salt through wedges;
Place baking tray into oven for roughly 20-25 minutes (until wedges are cooked thorough);
Take cooked wedges out of the oven and sprinkle with ground paprika;
Serves well with natural yoghurt and serves 2-3 people;
