Pear, Walnut and Cranberry Salad

1 pear, thinly sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 cup fresh rocket
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated (optional)
1 Tblspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil (dressing)

Add all ingredients to a salad bowl;
Mix well and serve with a main dish;
If you want to keep this salad vegan, simply don’t add the Parmesan cheese;
