Kale Chips

1 bunch fresh kale
1-2 tblspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch garlic powder

Pre-heat oven to 100 C;
Wash and thoroughly dry the kale leaves, patting leaves dry with paper towel;
Remove the stem from each kale leaf and rip kale into small bite sized pieces;
Arrange kale pieces in a baking tray lined with baking paper (arrange so kale leaves are spread out, on one level only – don’t overlap leaves);
Drizzle EVOO over the kale and massage into each leaf;
Sprinkle some sea salt and garlic powder over leaves;
Bake in oven for roughly 10-15 minutes (until kale chips are crisp, but not burnt);
Repeat method until you have created your desired amount of kale chips!
