Easy Pizza Dough


Pizza base (makes 1 large pizza)
1.5 cups wholemeal self-raising flour
1 cup natural yoghurt
1 tblsp oregano (dried or fresh)
Extra flour for dusting

Suggested Toppings
2 tblsp salt reduced tomato paste
½ zuchinni, thinly sliced
¼ eggplant, thinly sliced
½ capsicum, thinly sliced (any colour)
Handful cherry tomatoes, sliced in half)
Ricotta cheese (small dollops scattered over the top)

Pre-heat oven to 180 C;
In a bowl, combine the flour, yoghurt and oregano;
Dust a board with flour and place mixture on top, knead for roughly 2 minutes;
Roll out into greased pizza tray and add pizza toppings of your choice (I recommend the above toppings!);
Cook in oven for roughly 20 minutes (until slightly browned on the bottom of the pizza base)
